In order to determine your eligibility to receive the prize supplied by Strictly T’s Inc. (“Route 75 Imprints”,) for this A Shirtload of T’s Giveaway (“Giveaway”), Route 75 Imprints requires that you review and agree to these Official Rules before your participation in this Giveaway. By participating, Entrants (defined below) agree to be bound by these Route 75 Imprints A Shirtload of T’s Giveaway Official Rules (the “Giveaway Rules”) and the decisions of Route 75 Imprints, which are final and binding in all respects, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. All information furnished to Route 75 Imprints will be subject to Route 75 Imprints’s privacy policy, located at:www.rte75.com/privacy-policy/

Agreement to the Giveaway Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes each Entrant’s (as described hereinafter) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Giveaway Rules and the selection of Route 75 Imprints’s judges, which is final and binding. By participation in the Giveaway you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Participation, winning, and accepting a Prize are contingent upon being compliant with these Giveaway Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are at the least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who enter the Giveaway as required by these Giveaway Rules, accessible at rte75.com (each an “Entrant”, “you” or “your”). Residents of the regions listed in clause “Locations exemptions”, employees, officers, and directors, and the immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) of such individuals of Route 75 Imprints (as described hereinafter), and other companies associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway entry period begins at 7:00 am (EST) on April 4, 2024 and ends at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on May 4, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”). Winners will be selected from Entries properly submitted and timely received during the Giveaway Period.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Giveaway the Entrant must complete all questions in the Shirload Giveaway Google Form linked to the contest landing page.  Once Entrant has completed all questions, Entrant must click on the Submit button located at the bottom of the form. Information entered in Shirload Giveaway Google Form shall not be publicly available at anytime during the Giveaway Period or on a winner selection date.

The Entrant must be compliant with the Eligibility requirements to be eligible to win a Prize.

Limit is one (1) entry per person, per each email shall apply regardless of whether a person has more than one email account or more than one person uses the same email account. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Giveaway Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Route 75 Imprints. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION: Route 75 Imprints will choose up to one (1) unique business which were made by the eligible Entrants, per each email on Route 75 Imprints sole discretion, and each unique author of the chosen email will become a potential winner. Such potential winner will be determined on or about May 4, 2024. One (1) Entry may win only one (1) Prize regardless of participation in several emails at the same time. 

Potential winners will be notified via applicable email account of the Route 75 Imprints, which participated in the Giveaway. Upon notification or notification attempt, the potential winner will be required to respond, and execute and return a prize acceptance form and/or other release documents, and may be required to provide other documentation and information, including, but not limited to, valid identification and/or any additional information required to confirm eligibility, identity and compliance with these Giveaway Rules. Route 75 Imprints shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a potential winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to supply all requested information and documents within five (5) calendar days from the time award notification was sent, the potential winner may be disqualified, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Giveway Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Route 75 Imprints will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner by selecting the next best entry from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate selections will be held, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded. Once a potential winner and contact details of the potential winner are confirmed, it becomes a winner. Receipt by the winner of the Prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these Giveaway Rules by a winner, at Route 75 Imprints‘s sole discretion, will result in the winner’s disqualification as winner of the Giveaway, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

PRIZES/ODDS: Up to one (1) selected winners will each receive 1 (one) Shirtload of T’s Package $695 (USD) voucher for the purchase of Route 75 Imprints merchandise. If an order amount exceeds $695 USD, the excess amount shall be paid by a winner. Delivery costs will be covered by Route 75 Imprints, and may take up to 20 (twenty) working days or more depending on the location of a winner. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The Prize is non transferable. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use shall be the sole responsibility of the winner of the Contest, except where otherwise required by law. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of the Prize to others by the winner is permitted. The Prize, including any portion thereof, cannot be duplicated, resold, transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Route 75 Imprints reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable, lower or greater value in the event the Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason.

Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Route 75 Imprints to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LOCATION EXEMPTIONS: Businesses outside of one (1) hour from 5783 Camp Road, Hamburg, NY 14075 cannot participate in this Giveaway and will not be considered as Eligible Entries for the purposes of this Giveaway. Businesses of the following countries cannot participate in this Giveaway and will not be considered as Eligible Entries for the purposes of this Giveaway: Brazil, Cuba, Georgia, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, and Ukraine.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Route 75 Imprints in its sole discretion, Route 75 Imprints may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Giveaway Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, (if possible) award the Prize from the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Route 75 Imprints reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Giveaway Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway, or as necessary to comply with laws. Route 75 Imprints reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking deception, or any other unfair playing practices, or to be acting in violation of these Giveaway Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or any representative of Route 75 Imprints, or to be inducing any other to engage in such acts. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Giveaway or operation thereof 3 is unlawful and subject to legal action by Route 75 Imprints. ROUTE 75 IMPRINTS SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO AWARD ANY PRIZE THAT RELATES TO OR ARISES OUT OF CHEATING, VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR APPLICABLE LAW, IMPROPER OR MISTAKEN PRIZE NOTIFICATION, OPERATION OR FUNCTION OF THIS GIVEAWAY. Failure by Route 75 Imprints to enforce any provision of these Giveaway Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, Entrant releases and holds harmless Route 75 Imprints and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their, officers, directors, employees, and agents (individually and collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims and causes of action in any way arising out of or related to this Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, incidental, direct or indirect. Entrant agrees that the Released Parties’ liability for any claim will not exceed $50.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: By entering the Giveaway, you agree that Route 75 Imprints may use the information you provide in your entry to administer the Giveaway and award any Prize and that Route 75 Imprints may use your information to contact you and for further marketing and/or promotional purposes. You can opt out of future Route 75 Imprints marketing or promotions by contacting info@rte75.com.

Route 75 Imprints will process any personal information that you provide or that Route 75 Imprints collects in connection with your participation in this Giveaway in accordance with Route 75 Imprints’s Privacy Policy found at www.rte75.com/privacy-policy/. By accepting any prize, you agree that Route 75 Imprints may use your name, image, company name, and country to announce Giveaway winners or for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: By entering this Giveaway, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Route 75 Imprints. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Route 75 Imprints from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Route 75 Imprints may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of New York.

OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST. For notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 5783 Camp Road, Hamburg, New York 14075 USA. Requests for winners’ lists must be received within one month after the end of the Giveaway Period.
