What Is Screen Printing?
Screen Printing is the most common style in decorating apparel you will see. It is a printing technique where a framed with screen mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. The ink is transferred through the screen with a squeegee blade that moves the ink across the screen pushing the ink through the open areas of the screen mesh. One ink color is printed at a time. So if you have a 3 color design, a screen would be created for each color of the design.

What Is Custom Labeling?
Relabeling is a GREAT way to add value to a garment and or enhance your brand. It is a fact that custom labeling raises the emotional connection value of the garment in the eye of the consumer. Meaning….the consumer is more likely to purchase a product that is branded over having the generic shirt tags. The most common and cost affective way is screen printed or heat transferred neck tags. Well…. they really aren’t tags, more of a label. Garments come with 1-2 tags already sewn into the inner neck seam. These existing tags are removed via tear away, cutting or removing the stitching. The garments are then printed or heat transferred with your new custom design neck label. These labels/prints can have your company logo, tagline, or a little note for your customers. Other info needed in these custom labels are the garment size, material specs, and washing instructions.
